Balsamic Chicken Legs

6 chicken legs
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic (or 1 heaping tbsp. minced garlic)
1 onion coarsely chopped
1 bell pepper coarsely chopped
¼ tsp white pepper
sea salt
½ cup white cooking wine
½ cup balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 350°
Pour olive oil in bottom of roasting pan
Add onion, garlic and bell pepper to oil
Heat at 350° 10 minutes to release flavors
Place chicken legs in pan and turn once to coat each side with flavored oil
Sprinkle with white pepper and a few pinches of sea salt
Bake covered for 20 minutes
Pour white wine around chicken
Pour balsamic chicken onto each chicken leg
Bake 20 more minutes uncovered or until done

Enjoy sauce on rice or vegetables
