Picked up the pineapple balsamic to make a caprese salad, and the artichoke and roasted garlic olive oil to make a sea food linguine. Both turned out amazing using the flavored vinegar and oil. Amazing people and customer service at the store a must go if you go to Covington.

Nice, friendly folks here. Wonderful selection of olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and awesome locally made treats and sauces. They have a new hot sauce that goes with the vampire theme. Cool stuff.

The sweetest staff work in this store! They have a variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars (white and red). You can taste anything and there is bread for you to try them with (gluten free is also available). Definitely recommend grabbing the garlic oil and the strawberry balsamic vinegar!
